Blythe Adams’ passion for bookkeeping took root after college, in the basement of a merchandising company for a famous band in San Francisco’s Haight Ashbury neighborhood. There, Blythe discovered the art of making sense of the numbers and learned the ropes of manufacturing accounting—an experience that sparked a lifelong interest in turning financial chaos into clarity.

Since then, Blythe has guided countless clients in the Bay Area and Northern California through the journey of financial growth—setting up, cleaning up, and refining accounting systems to support their vision. From start-ups to $20M companies, Blythe’s approach blends practical expertise with a genuine commitment to her clients’ success.

Beyond the numbers, Blythe’s consulting work often grows to include human resources and operations management, reflecting her belief that sound accounting systems are the backbone of healthy, thriving businesses. She’s now deeply invested in mentoring others—particularly CEOs and service-based business owners—who are ready to build systems that foster growth and confidence.

When she’s not helping clients, Blythe—who is also a clinical herbalist—teaches in the Tahoe Forest and in a public medicinal garden, sharing the joys and usefulness of medicinal plants. This love of nurturing both plants and people infuses every aspect of her work, offering clients not just clarity in their finances, but a grounded, steady presence they can count on.
